2.0 Define Diagnosis
2.1 Compare and contrast 3 diagnostic models
2.2 Apply these to the organisation being diagnosed
2.3 Based on what was diagnosed, recommend a strategy for intervention
• CHAPTER 3 – INTERVENTION
3.0 Define what is intervention
3.1 • 4 types of intervention
• choose the one that is appropriate to you to address that problems found in the diagnosis
•Joint planning to minimise resistance and enhance collaboration for implementation (action planning)
3.2 Strategies for the management of change (Kotter, hard and soft approaches)
3.3 • Implementation is the actual intervention process
• Transformational leader role in the management of change process, issue of power, stakeholder analysis
• Strategies to mange resistance of change
• CHAPTER 4 – CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATIONS
4.0 Conclusion : List objectives and draw conclusions based on what was illustrated in chapter 1 objectives (show alignment), use previously illustrated theories and models to support, meet and satisfy the objectives

4.1 Recommendations : Always have a time frame, use the SMART approach, say which gaps the recommendations would solve as identified
